A façade of the Delhi Residence is designed to express a sense of balance and calm. Vertical fins stretch upward, gently guiding the eye along the height of the building, giving it a strong and structured look. In contrast, the recessed balconies add depth and rhythm, breaking up the surface and bringing in layers of light and shadow that change throughout the day.

To soften the bold lines of the architecture, wood-finish ceilings are used. These warm tones bring a natural feel to the design and balance out the cooler shades of the overall material palette. The mix of textures and colors creates a modern, yet welcoming appearance.

Nature is present throughout the design, making a quiet but meaningful impact. Vertical green elements climb the building, adding life and freshness to the exterior. Open terraces provide space for air and light to flow freely, helping the home connect with its surroundings and breathe naturally.

Lighting plays an important role in the overall experience. It’s not just about seeing clearly it’s about creating a mood. As day turns into night, the lighting brings the building to life in a new way, highlighting its form and creating a calm, beautiful atmosphere. The result is a home that feels alive at every hour carefully designed to be both elegant and comfortable.
