About the Job
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Interior Designer to lead high-end residential and commercial interior projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will bring strong design vision, technical expertise, and leadership skills to deliver functional, aesthetic, and client-focused interior solutions.
As a senior member of the design team, you will collaborate closely with clients, architects, vendors, and junior designers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest design standards.
Responsibilities
Lead interior design projects from initial concept development to final execution
Create design concepts, mood boards, space planning, and material selections
Develop detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors for smooth project delivery
Oversee site execution and ensure design intent is maintained
Present design proposals clearly to clients and incorporate feedback
Mentor and guide junior designers
Ensure projects comply with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture

Minimum 6+ years of professional experience in interior design

Strong portfolio showcasing residential and/or commercial projects

Experience handling complete project lifecycle independently

Excellent client communication and presentation skills
